HOW IS COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP FOR CHILDREN DOING?

AVERAGE CASE LOAD:

Community Partnership for Children's Case Managers have an average of approximately 27 children per filled Case Manager position.

 

TURNOVER RATE:

 Community Partnership for Children's turnover rate for case managers for August 2019 was 3.1% and year to date turnover is 7.8%.  The turnover for case management supervisors for August 2019 is 0%. The year to date turnover for supervisors is 0%.

 

REQUIRED HOME VISITS COMPLETED:

99.9% of children under supervision who are required to be seen a minimum of once every thirty (30) days, who were seen a minimum of once every thirty (30) days.
