To accomplish this, Community Partnership for Children partners with public and private agencies, the courts, policymakers and community members to develop and maintain resources that will support children and families. Through the efforts and involvement of the community, we are able to keep children safe and build strong families.
Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Flositz serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Community Partnership for Children. She joined the organization in 2004 after 12 years with the Department of Children and Families serving as a child welfare case manager, case manager supervisor, program specialist and contract specialist. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida. Additionally, she is certified by the Department of Children and Families as a Child Protection Professional, Child Protection Supervisor, Child Protection Specialist and Contract Manager.
Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Thompson currently serves as the Chief of Operations for Community Partnership for Children. Ms. Thompson joined the organization in July 2021 and began working in the child welfare industry in 2005 at a Community Based Care agency and the Department of Children and Families. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Florida and a Masters Degree in Counseling from Capella University.
Chief of Programs
Mrs. Antoine currently serves as the Director of Programs. She began her career in the child welfare industry in 1999 at the Department of Children and Families. Mrs. Antoine joined Community Partnership for Children in November 2002 as a Case Manager Supervisor. As the Director of Programs, she oversees the Behavioral Health and Placement Department, Adoptions Unit, Court Unit and Mentor Program. She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and a Masters in Counseling from Troy University. In addition, she is certified as a Case Manager Supervisor.
Chief of Administration
Mrs. Pandolfi currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for Community Partnership for Children. Mrs. Pandolfi joined the organization in April 2010 as a Human Resources Generalist and was promoted in December of 2012 to the Manager role for the Human Resource Department. Mrs. Pandolfi began working in Human Resources in 2002 for a private owned company prior to joining Community Partnership for Children in 2010.
