Program Operations Administrator
Mr. Chaisson joined Community Partnership for Children in July of 2002 as a case manager. In August of 2005, he became the supervisor to the newly formed specialized unit that worked with children and families that have relocated to Volusia, Flagler and Putnam Counties from other counties and states. As a supervisor, he helped develop and expand the unit, which became recognized by other child protective agencies in the state of Florida, as well as other states, for its quality of case management. He was given the additional responsibility of being the agency’s out of county and out of state liaison in January of 2010. In October of 2012, he was promoted to Program Operations Administrator.
Mr. Chaisson earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Fitchburg State College in 1996. While attending Fitchburg State College, Mr. Chaisson worked with adolescent inner city gang members and sexual offenders in Massachusetts. He then moved to Florida in 1996. From 1996 to 2000 he obtained a second Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology while working for Stewart Marchman Treatment Center as a supervisor to a residential facility that treated adolescents for substance abuse. In 2000, he relocated back to Massachusetts and worked as an Assistant Director for a residential group home that housed teenagers in the Massachusetts dependency system. In 2002, he relocated one more time back to Florida to continue his career with Community Partnership for Children.
