Is there a cost associated with the program?

There is no cost to be a mentor. Most mentors do spend money on outings to purchase lunch, ice cream, admission, etc.; however, you can choose to do activities that are free such as going to the beach or park.

How will my mentee be selected?

Mentors and mentees are matched based upon gender, geographical location, and common interests.

How long does it take to become a mentor?

The process to become a mentor can take as little as a few weeks, up to a few months. This primarily depends on how quickly you move through the application and training process.

How long will I work with my mentee?

Our minimum time requirement is 1 hour a week for 3 months. If the relationship is healthy and positive, you are more than welcome to exceed those requirements.
