Help Support Our Programs

Not all Community Partnership for Children programs are fully funded. Here's where we need help:

1.  Family Preservation:  Serves children and families together as a family unit.

2.  Kinship Care Hope Fund Program:  Assists relatives in taking on the abused or neglected child.

3.  Independent Living:  Provides abused teens with life skills training and mentoring.

4.  Children's Health Partnership:  Lead by Children's Medical Services to provide medical case management through nurse care coordination.

5.  Adoptions:  Provides multiple services to children waiting for a forever family.
