Ms.
Weiland oversees
the Revenue Maximization and the Utilization Management
units, as well as the Child Welfare Prepaid Mental Health Plan
operations for Community Partnership for Children. She
joined this agency as a contracted employee in December of 2002,
left in May of 2004 to help start another lead agency in
Seminole, and returned in April of 2005. Prior to becoming
involved in the child welfare system, Ms. Weiland worked in the
non-profit sector: in
Chicago
serving special needs children, in
Seattle
serving chronically mentally ill adults, and in
Daytona Beach
serving frail elderly and children with mental health
needs. Ms. Weiland has over 25 years of experience in the
social services and mental health fields. She holds a Masters degree in Counseling
Psychology from
Loyola
University
in
Chicago
a Bachelors degree in Psychology.
