Mrs. Smith directs daily operations in case management over our four service centers serving Volusia, Flagler and Putnam counties, as well as oversight to the Program Office, Records Room and Training. She joined the organization in 2001 when Community Partnership opened its doors to the community serving as the company’s Area Administrator. She holds a Masters of Social Work received from the University of Central Florida School of Social Work. Mrs. Smith has worked in the field of child welfare dependency since 1994 where she began her career as a Case Manager with the Department of Children and Families. During her tenure with the Department of Children and Families, she served in the areas of protective supervision, foster care and adoption. She also served as Associate Director with the Children’s Advocacy Center over the company’s prevention program. Additionally, she is certified as a Child Protection Professional and Child Protection Supervisor.
